Ultimate Journey
----------------------------Our Mission------------------------------We refer to our teams as Generations with the hope that the team continues to clear more after their first clear. Our priority is to introduce ultimates to new members who are afraid to do this content or are unsure where to start. Anybody can clear an ultimate. We want to create a community that is encouraging, supportive, and excited to do harder fights! In addition, we want to emulate some good habits to have when raiding so that we can achieve the community we want to create. Our expectations are:♦ Good time management
♦ Good communication
♦ Studying
♦ Supportive attitudes
♦ Eager to improve----------------------------Tier System------------------------------Because we want to focus on easing members into new and harder content, we created a path that teams can take. The tier system is intended to scale in difficulty and help you gradually improve as a raider with your own personal and team skills. We always recommend The Weapons Refrain as an introduction and a trial as it is the easiest ultimate to get adjusted to. Because ultimate fights have been solved, strategized, and min/maxed, this fight is a good introduction to studying and pacing.Once you've cleared UwU, we recommend either The Epic of Alexander or The Unending Coils of Bahamut. Both completely different in that TEA is static--it never changes and the mechanics are easy, but unforgivable if you fail. UCoB adds a random element to the fight and while it is always recobberable, the mechanics are much harder. Both fights are different, and not entirely recommended for a completely new beginners.Once you have cleared BOTH TEA and UCoB teams may then move onto Dragonsong's Reprise. This ultimate is tough taking teams long to prog and clear which is why we recommend teams to already be experienced in order to cut that time short. We highly recommend clearing UCoB before taking on this fight as it has many shared elements. Finally, before DawnTrail, the final fight is The Omega Protocol. This is a hard fight and we wouldn't throw beginners into this fight. We want a sense of progression when we do ultimates and TOP is predicted to test teams.-----------------------------Our Story-------------------------------This is the best synopsis I can do to show our ultimate journey together. All of our raiders, past and present, have been a big part of our culture and community today. There is no way I can sum up our time progging, celebrating clears, and endless memes. Enjoy.
